It was a pleasure to attend the formal Grand Opening of Park 216 Apartments in Suffolk, VA. I thank all the people who made this project look so good. It always feels great to walk a project after its built and it looks even better than the drawings.

Progress on the new 525 Apartments building at Princess Anne Rd & Witchduck Rd in Virginia Beach. Includes pool area adjacent to the renovated Kempsville High (now loft apartments). Developed by Hampton Roads Housing Corp. and Ripely Heatwole Co. Design in partnership with TS3 Architects and Michel C. Ashe, FAIA.
