A new design has been created by Wermers Design on the waterfront in Bay Colony, Virginia Beach. The Brick and Stone structure fits tightly on its site in the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area, limiting the allowable footprint of the house. The design is for a simple white brick house with open interiors and plenty of windows for views and light. The floor area of the Living Space is approximately 5600 square feet.
