Wermers Design & Architecture is a selected member of the Cavalier Residences Architect's Guild. A series of unique, traditionally inspired houses is being designed for this unique neighborhood surrounding the Old Cavalier Hotel at the Virginia Beach North End. The Cavalier Associates will institute high standards to preserve the value and integrity of the historic grand hotel, the surrounding grounds and the adjacent neighborhoods. Towards that end, sensitively considered and carefully orchestrated planning, design and construction standards have been adopted. The specifics of this approach are defined in the Cavalier Residences Pattern Book that will serve as the guide governing the design of every home to be built in the Cavalier Residences’ community.
